The objectives of this research were 1. to study the opinions of flight attendants, instructors and administrative staffs towards the needs of designing an Englihs knowledgebase for flight attendants using flexible learning approach, 2. to design and develop and English knowledgebase for flight attendants at Thai Airways International Public Company Limited using flexible learning approach. The sample group was 105 flight attendants in economy class at Thai Airways International Public Company Limited randomized by simple sampling, the data were collected by the survey forms and open - ended questions then analyzed by the percentage. Findings were: 1. the opinions of flight attendants, instructors and administrative staffs were quite relevant that flight attendants used speaking and listening skill the most in their career but reading and writing skills were also required at the high level; 2. The main menu bar of the English knowledgebase are: student resources, teacher resources, self assessment resources, and other learning supporys include discussion boards, news & events and contact us; 3. The implementation of the English knowledgebase revealed high satisfaction on the followings: flight attendants ans instructors were able to apply flexible learning environments, developed their English proficiency, the contents covered all areas required by flight attendants, the design was appropriate and easy to access; 4. to design an English knowledgebase for flight attendants using flexible learning approach, good cooperation, determination and devotion among all concerned multi- skilled teams are needed
