Though Thailand has been aware of an importance of changing a type of learning standard from an interval benchmark model to a grade level benchmark model, teachers still play an important role in designing a good assessment tool for better judgment of the learners'a competencies. In particular, a test assessment is an important element that should be well designed to pose good questions that can reflect both content and performance standards, To consider the the alignment between a particular question in the test and a new learning standard, teachers should have an appropriate tool that is usable for an analysis of examining the alignment between an item of the question in the test and a new learning standard. To meet this aim, curriculum mapping is also a good tool that will help teachers examine the alignment between a particular question in the text and a new learning standard. This is an efficient way that schools and teachers can use to take full and equal accountability to the public and to the learners.
