Research objective of this study is 1.the comparison of image of Chinese and Japanese restaurants among Thai residence 2.The comparison of national image of China and Japan among Thai residence 3.the comparison of images of Chinese and Japanese restaurants in Thailand.
To capture the best of both qualitive and quantitative approaches, mixed method is applied in this study. 400 questionnaires which have both closed-ended questions and open-ended questions were sent to Thai residence between 15-60 years old. 2 Chinese restaurant managers and 2 Japanese restaurant managers were interviewed.
