This article is focused on the methods or theories that are suggested to all the teachers to modify their teaching and experience in this knowledge age. The suggested theories are the theory of constructivism, which believes that knowledge is internalized by learner and individuals construct new knowledge from their experiences and assimilation occurs when individuals experiences are aligned with their internal representation of the world, and another interesting teaching theory is the thinking skill-based unit which suggests the theory of De bono hats that represent six thinking strategies and six different approaches are describedm and each is symbolized by the act of putting on a coloures hats, either actually or imaginatively. This he suggests can be done either by individuals working alone or in groups. lastly, the most interesting theory for the writer is the activity-based units which talk about the theory of multiple intelligence (by Howard Gardner) which suggests that an array of different kinds of "Intelligence" exists in human beings. Gardner suggests that each individual manifests varying levels of these different intelligences, and thus each person has a unique "Cognitive profile" There are also the examples of the unit plan and mapping lesson plan which use the activity-based of Multiple Intelligence provided in this article
