คำอธิบาย / บทคัดย่อ The purpose of this research was to investigate the problems and guidelines for solution of registration service through internet system of Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University. The population was 15 officials from the departments, and the registration and evaluation unit. The subjects included 301 first to fourth year students in the academic year 2001 and 50 advisers. The instruments consisted data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the students, the advisers and the officials had the problems concerning the course registration, the add-drop courses, the change of instructors, class meeting, and room, and the opening-closing courses at the moderate level. In addition, it was found that they proposed the guidelines for solving those six problems at the moderate level.
