คำอธิบาย / บทคัดย่อ The purpose of this study was to develop capability of science students’ professional experience training of Bachelor Program and Teaching Diploma Program The subjects included 17 student teachers of the former program, and 23 of the letter one in the second semester of the academic year 2001-2. The other sample group were 30 trainers of the students of the Bachelor Program and 26 of teaching diploma ones in the second semester of the same academic years, The research tools consisted of student teachers’ diaries, self assessment form, and the teaching practice evaluation form used by the trainers, The data obtained were analyzed by means of frequency, mean, and standard deviation with SPSS program for Windows. The research findings were as follows : 1. From the student teachers’ diaries which was aimed at developing capability in three aspects : confidence in lesson planning and teaching. Value of themselves. Pupils, and profession, and self-awareness in personality and teaching atmosphere, it was found that the Bachelor Program teacher students had strong points in three aspects from 153 items with 3,529 frequencies in response, weak points from 171 items with 484 frequencies in response . As a result 59 items from 188 frequencies in response were found to be improved. In addition, those student teachers of teaching Diploma Program had strong points in three aspects from 71 items with 950 frequencies in response, weak points from 74 items with 361 frequencies in response, Some points from 74 items with 361 frequencies in response were to be improves. The tried to find ways of improving shown in 50 items with 166 frequencies. In consequence, 31 items with 153 frequencies in response were to be improved. 2. From The student teachers’ self assessment, it revealed that confidence in lesson planning and teaching ; value of themselves, pupils and professional ; and self-awareness in personality and teaching atmosphere of both groups were at the high level except that the Teaching Diploma Program student teachers of academic year 2001 had confidence in lesson planning and teaching at the moderate level. 3. From the student teachers’ practice evaluates by the trainers. It showed that the confidence in lesson planning and teaching atmosphere of both groups were at the high level except that value of themselves pupils and professional of both groups from the academic year 2002 was at the highest level.
