คำอธิบาย / บทคัดย่อ One may ask what a curriculum is. Based on my work in the position of an education supervisor who has been studying and working in this field for many years, I may conclude that curriculum is what to be taught by focusing on the students’ knowledge, attributes and practice or KAP. It should be designed mainly by teachers, but it cooperation with the stakeholders consisting of student and others affected by it. Curriculum should be individualized as much as possible. It should allow for additional optional courses as well as for input from parents and concerned member of the community. The emphasis belongs no the learners rather than the teachers, and evaluation should be authentic and continuous throughout the course
